The World Crisis or Polycrisis is often presented as a struggle over Western economic power. Events of the last few weeks have shown how much the world economy is shifting. For example, BRICS nations are now a larger share of the world economy than G7 nations. The polycrisis, however, has consequences for the idea of the economy that reverberate in all other dimensions of the crisis.
